Throughout his career, Glen has held influential senior security and operational positions in the aviation and maritime sectors, actively contributing to significant security and operational planning for some of Australia's largest corporate precincts. His ability to seamlessly integrate all facets of a security program, from physical security elements like people, CCTV, and hostile vehicle management to policy and procedure, sets him apart as a versatile leader.

Her expertise lies in efficiently managing large-scale incidents, and she has been involved in notable events, such as coordinating responses to the beaching of a cargo ship on the shores of Newcastle, NSW.

Not only is Rebecca highly regarded for her professional acumen, but her background in training has also made her a valuable asset to the NSW State Emergency Service. Here, she plays a crucial role in orchestrating state-wide disaster responses, specifically during challenging situations like flooding and bushfires.

Martin Atherton

With an impressive 30-year career in the Public Safety industry, Martin is a seasoned expert well-versed in a wide range of specialized areas. These include Offender Management (Youth), Tactical Operations, Law Enforcement, Asset and People Protection, as well as Risk and Emergency Management.

Throughout his career, Martin's roles have spanned various sectors, from State and Local Government to Corporate environments. His journey from Frontline Officer to Senior Management has equipped him with extensive operational and strategic knowledge, which he readily provides to his clients.
​
Beyond his professional endeavours, Martin takes immense pride in his volunteer work with the State Emergency Service (SESSA). For the past 8 years, he has been an active crew member of the Rescue Operations team, making significant contributions during times of crisis. Notably, he was involved in two intrastate deployments to support the River Murray flood crisis, showcasing his dedication to serving the community.
As a recent graduate of the Executive Leaders Program from the University of South Australia, Martin values the importance of "leading from the front," particularly in the context of crisis intervention during high-level emergencies.

Currently serving as an Associate Consultant of Trafalgar, Martin dedicates his time to educating clients about their Physical Security needs. This involves identifying potential threats to people, assets, and infrastructure, assessing vulnerability levels, and developing comprehensive plans and procedures to ensure the highest level of protection and mitigation of identified threats.
